If you require an updated license key, submit a ticket to our LaunchWorks Customer Care titled "New License Key Request". Once your license key is provided, proceed to follow these steps:

Note: If your organization is using multiple apps, be sure to update each app with the license key. 

  1. Go to LW Admin Console/Login
  2. Select View Applications
  3. For each App_Name(s) select Edit
  4. Select More Attributes
  5. Replace “license_date” with new key
  6. Press Update
