If you require an updated license key, submit a ticket to our LaunchWorks Customer Care titled "New License Key Request". Once your license key is provided, proceed to follow these steps:
Note: If your organization is using multiple apps, be sure to update each app with the license key.
- Go to LW Admin Console/Login
- Select View Applications
- For each App_Name(s) select Edit
- Select More Attributes
- Replace “license_date” with new key
- Press Update
